Posted at 2017-02-06 by Marco Bombino
  • The top forward Henri Nikkanen has 11 points in 11 games playing for JYP U20. He’s a highly skilled, smooth skating center who understands the game well and could be an early pick in the 2019 NHL Draft.
  • The top defenseman Mikko Kokkonen has 22 points in 31 games with Jukurit U20. He plays a smart, strong game at both ends of the rink and is skilled offensively.
  • Defenseman Iivari Räsänen is a highly touted prospect from Tappara U18 who was left off the list due to limited viewings this season.
  • Kärpät forward Aku Räty didn’t make this Top 5 list this time, but the U16 league’s leading scorer possesses very good puck control and sharp offensive instincts.
