Hänninen was held pointless playing on KooKoo’s second line in their 2-1 loss against JYP. He recorded a couple of shots on goal and was featured on the second power play unit, positioned on the left side half-wall.

When you watch Hänninen, the first thing you notice is his tiny stature. At 5’7” and 150 pounds, he was easily one of the smallest players on the ice. Hänninen played a fast-paced game, often driving to the net and supporting the play in the offensive zone. His acceleration and top speed were both decent, especially without the puck. Hänninen could have had more patience with the puck in few situations. He didn’t seem to have dynamic skill with the puck, either. That being said, Hänninen has been the second-best point producer in his team this season.
