Lahnaviik had a versatile role against Kiekko-Vantaa. He was a third line winger, but he also played both in penalty kill and power play. In man advantage he played in front of the net.

To me, Lahnaviik looked pretty average. While he is not terrible at any aspect, he did not really stand out either. He has decent feet, but nothing too special. He showed flashes of offensive skill giving couple really good passes as well as showing some puck-handling skills but overall, he seemed pretty average offensively. At the defensive side he did what was required, but at least in this game, he didn’t really stand out in that department either.

The forward did pretty good job finding and creating shooting lanes and he recorded five shots in the game. He likes to use his shot, but it could add some more punch. Lahnaviik is also tireless worker constantly keeping his feet moving and doing his best at forechecking. I doubt that he has enough offensive skill to become really interesting prospect, but he has some qualities that could make him versatile winger at pro level.
